Rebecca graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws. She was subsequently admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania after obtaining her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and completed the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course in 2024. She is also admitted to the High Court of Australia.

Rebecca practices in Litigation dealing with both civil and criminal disputes. She provides support to Director, Rohan Foon, on disputes arising under deceased estates. She also provides support to Associate, Mathew Williams, on criminal matters and debt recovery claims in the Magistrates Court of Tasmania. Rebecca also appears as an advocate for clients in court. She is also a Member of the Northern Early Career Lawyers Committee.

Outside of work, Rebecca maintains competitive involvement with a number of sporting organisations. Prior to her studies, Rebecca provided support as a youth program leader for St Vincent De Paul Society and volunteer for Edmund Rice Camps Tasmania. Rebecca also undertook a range of leadership roles throughout her tertiary and pre-tertiary studies.
