Kai Beyerle
Director
Kai has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in Law and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Tasmania. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia.
Kai has a general commercial practice. He is experienced in advising clients on a variety of commercial and property law matters, including:
- Property use and development, including easements, subdivisions and
applications to the Land Titles Office; - Leasing;
- Commercial and residential conveyancing;
- Loan documentation, mortgages and security arrangements;
- Business acquisitions and disposals;
- Business structuring and asset protection;
- Governance, including advising charities, not-for-profits and statutory
authorities regarding their constitutions and governing documents, and
compliance with legislative requirements; - General contract drafting and advice; and
- Wills, estate planning, and estate administration.
With a background in agriculture, Kai has a particular interest in primary industries and regularly assists clients with a range of matters concerning agriculture, forestry,
mining and fisheries.
Outside of work, Kai is a director and Vice-Chair of the Clifford Craig Foundation.
